1 Weekend Cooking Course

• Course includes: 1 cooking course, wine tastings, 1 rich dinner, recipe folder, 1 night accommodation with breakfast.
• A short and intense discovery of the traditional receipts of the Caravanserraglio restaurant and of Le Marche. Arrival at the agriturismo in the early afternoon, introduction and preparations, the cooking course starts at 4pm. Together we prepair a complete menu, we use organic vegetables from our kitchen garden, and we enjoy the rich dinner together accompanied by wine tastings and conversations.
• One night in double bedroom with breakfast in the peacefull agriturismo. Arrival Saturday, departure Sunday.

In this MasterClass, you´re not just learning recipes, you´re learning how to take your cooking to the next level.
You don't need to be a Masterchef to join the class. During the day a professional chef will show you how to cook the programmed meal. You can participate by helping the chef, cooking under his guidance, or choose just to watch and take notes. It's up to you. Once everything is ready you'll sit at the table to taste all the dishes together with the chef.
