We
serve diner in the Restaurant only for our guests. We don't cook
every day, but as agreed with the guests on the moment.
Restaurant
Caravanserraglio is in the old stable, which has been completely
restored so that the rustic atmosphere of it is retained. The
wooden
floor,
furniture and ceramics, together with the informal presentation, form the backdrop for the food
that is well taken care of. The philosophy is to take care of
our guests with love. Because at the end we are what we eat and
we know that we eat and drink with our mouth, our eyes and our
ears and the complete atmosphere that is around us. We use products
that come from organic farms
and all the products are chosen with the greatest care. The meat-products
are carefully selected and come from the local area. Also the
different kinds of cheeses, vegetables and the home-made pasta’s
are of the highest quality, with a view to a well balanced diet. The wines that we serve are mainly local. The selection is modest but
good.
We
also cater for vegetarians. |
